I can offer servicing for all gas appliances including boilers, cookers and fires.

Servicing should be conducted annually to ensure the appliance remains safe to use. I thoroughly clean the appliance and test for a variety of things such as carbon monoxide leaks. Generally a service takes approximately 2 hours for an appliance that is serviced on a yearly basis. If your appliance has not been serviced regularly then the service will most likely take longer because the appliance will have a build-up of dirt.
